- Outcall: We come to you. This service is available for certain repairs and locations at our discretion. Additional call-out charges may apply.
Quotes and Pricing
- All quotes are provided free of charge with no obligation.
- Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. The final price may vary if additional faults are discovered during inspection.
- If the repair cost exceeds the original quote, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
- We reserve the right to charge a diagnostic fee if you decline the repair after we have inspected the machine. This will be communicated upfront.
Payment
- Payment is due upon completion of the repair, before the machine is returned or collected.
- We accept bank transfer and card payments.
- For larger repairs, we may require a deposit before ordering parts. This will be agreed with you in advance.
- Machines will not be released until payment is received in full.
Turnaround Time
We aim to complete most repairs within 48 hours of receiving your machine, subject to parts availability. More complex repairs or those requiring special-order parts may take longer. We will keep you informed of progress.

When sending or bringing your machine to us:
- Empty the water tank and drip tray
- Remove any coffee beans from the hopper (if applicable)
- Package the machine securely if posting (we recommend the original box if available)
- Include a note with your name, contact details, and description of the fault
We are not responsible for damage caused by inadequate packaging during transit.
Machine Collection
Once your repair is complete, we will notify you. Machines must be collected or will be posted within 14 days of notification. Machines left with us for more than 30 days without contact may be subject to storage charges or disposal at our discretion.
Warranty on Repairs
- All repairs carry a 90-day warranty covering the specific fault that was repaired.
- The warranty covers parts and labour for the same issue.
- The warranty does not cover new faults, misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
- The warranty is void if the machine is tampered with by a third party after our repair.

- Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair or the value of the machine, whichever is lower.
- We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses (e.g., loss of use, inconvenience).
